	Registration payment is due at the time of application.  Application is not considered complete nor accepted until registration form and payment have been turned in to office personnel.  If you are a new student to Lakewood Lutheran, transcripts and immunization records are also required at the time of application.  Registration fee is non-refundable.     Please note:  Selected payment schedule at the time of registration will be upheld in regard to due dates, late payments, and the fees that may be incurred as a result.   *Member rates are available to Lakewood Lutheran Church members in good standing after one year.
